Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Ozilai.video ("the service", "we") is an independent AI video generation tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by Mesut Özil, Arsenal FC, Real Madrid, UEFA, FIFA, any club, league, broadcaster or rightsholder. No official match footage, club crest, kit design, sponsor mark or licensed music is offered or reproduced on this site.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or generating a video you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to enter a binding contract where you live.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done through your account. One person, one account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Credits, plans and payment

• Prices, what each plan includes, and what a generation costs are shown on the pricing page and in the studio before you confirm. Those published figures are the ones that apply.
• The cost of a generation is reserved from your balance when the job is submitted.
• Subscription credits are valid for the billing period they were granted in. One-time pack credits do not expire. We spend credits that expire soonest first.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• A generation that fails is refunded automatically to the credits it was reserved from.
• Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal; credits already granted for the paid period stay usable until that period ends.
• Refunds are governed by the refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the service only with material you have the right to use, and only for content you are allowed to publish. In particular you must not:

• upload a photo of another person, or of a public figure, in order to depict them doing something they did not do;
• generate sexual content, content involving minors in any sexual or exploitative context, harassment of a real person, or content that defames, threatens or impersonates a real identifiable person;
• generate content promoting hate, terrorism, self-harm or graphic violence;
• reproduce licensed broadcast footage, club or competition marks, or another creator's edit as your own;
• bypass, overload, resell or automate the service without our written agreement, or use it to build a competing model.

We run an automated content check on every prompt and every uploaded image before a generation starts, and we refuse the generation when the check flags it. We may also refuse, remove or suspend content and accounts that break these terms.

6. Your content and your output

You keep the rights you have in the photos and prompts you upload, and you are responsible for them. Subject to these terms, you own the videos you generate, and we do not add a watermark.

Video models can produce unexpected results. We do not guarantee that any generation will be usable, accurate, unique, or fit for a particular purpose, and we do not guarantee that output is free of third-party rights. Clear the platform rules on real people, clubs and trends before you publish.

7. Availability

Generation is asynchronous and depends on a third-party model provider. Jobs can queue, take minutes, or fail. We aim to keep the service available but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change or withdraw features with reasonable notice.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we are required to act on by law, or that creates risk for other users or for our payment providers. You can delete your account at any time; unused, unspent credits are refunded under the refund policy.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for how a platform treats content you published. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
